YOSEMITE 2000 Autumn 2000: first trip to the Yosemite Valley. More than just a climbing trip, it was also a race to seek cover under the trees from the scorching sun. After a couple of days we tried the "Ninjo" on the Capitan, but after pitches, burnt by the sun, we returned to Italy in search of more moderate climes.
