OSP CONCATENATION
Osp rock face (Slovenia).
An enormous cave, 160 metres high with a sheer 40 metres drop.

In 1992 I repeated the free climb on sight, using the old pitons for the artificial, the "Fungo Magico" (6a+, 7a+, 6c, 7b+, 7c, 6b), had been opened a year earlier by Tadej Slabč.

In 1994, as leader, I climbed the Fungo and the "Trzaska Smer" (7a+, 7b, 7a, 6b+, 6a).

In 1996, in a day, I climbed also "Bora Scura" (7b, 7c, 7b, 7b+, 7a, 6c).

In 1999, in 14 hours, I concatenated 4 routes and so as to not waste time in descent, I fixed a rope to the overhanging woods up to the start of the cave. At sunrise I started off with "Zimsca Sinfonija" (5a, 7a, 7c, 7a, 6c, 6a+, 6b+), the "Bora Scura", "Fungo Magico" and "Try" (7b, 6c+, 7c, 7b, 6c, 7a) for a total of 25 lengths. This time round, four women followed me: Laura Ortolani, Serena Bonin, Paola Rossi and Michela Dinapoli. The fifth, Nicoletta Kratter was ready to climb but at the last moment she was forced to abandon because of the lack of light. Thanks to all five of them and their partners who trusted me...
